Eat well for beautiful skin

The principle.

The skin is the mirror of the plate. No, that doesn't mean that you risk turning into a pepperoni pizza if you abuse it, but you can quickly end up with a very gray face. Deficiencies and excesses affect the quality of the complexion:we lack good fatty acids (omega-3s), trace elements and vitamins, and we consume too many "acidic" foods (refined cereals, cheese, fast sugars…) and too many sugars (+ wrinkles).

How do I do it?

We adjust the omega-6/omega-3 ratio:it should be 4/1, but generally it is around 15/1, which causes inflammatory reactions and dulls the complexion. We reduce the consumption of red meat, dairy products and sugars (omega-6) and we let go of fatty fish (3 times a week, it's very good) and almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds... ( Omega 3). Trace elements and vitamins are found in fruits and vegetables. We consume large quantities, and not to limit ourselves to seasonal ones, we think of frozen foods (at Picard, on www.toutpargel.fr, etc.). Another good point:fruits and vegetables are "basic" and compensate for the acidity of certain foods. It keeps the intestinal flora in good condition (=avoids fungal infections) and better absorbs calcium.
