We don't try to do Sleeping Beauty in front of Jules by wanting to strike poses when we sleep:we put our heads on the pillow! The idea:avoid putting our clean face on our hands, arms or hair full of bacteria, all ready to cause us nasty pimples.
Sacrilege! The basis of a beautiful makeup is a beautiful skin. Bacteria and germs accumulate in our makeup tools, so inevitably, when we use them, we spread the bacteria on the skin and... it's the disaster! We therefore think of washing our face brushes at least once a week, rinsing our foundation sponge every day and we forget about applying make-up with dirty hands. And There you go ! We'll be the prettiest in our Snapchat photos, even without a filter!
Sometimes you don't have time, sometimes you just feel lazy, but it's very important to wash your face properly after sweating in sports. Why ? When we sweat, the skin also releases sebum which, when it mixes with the bacteria present in the gym, creates a bad mixture that gives us pimples. We therefore choose a moisturizer adapted to our skin type and apply it daily, morning and evening.
We say no to the mask effect! Not only because it's not very pretty, but also because too much powder =pimples. The powder suffocates the skin and the latter reacts by creating pimples... We prefer to buy mattifying papers which do not add material to the face and which allow the skin to breathe.
