Quick, a beautiful skin smoothie!

Detoxifying and diuretic, parsley activates the kidneys:ideal for a radiant complexion. Rich in chlorophyll and vitamin C, it is also a super antioxidant. Bonus:it is a major ally against bad breath. We could have slipped it into a treatment but... We chose to let you taste it in a tea smoothie.

Ingredients and tools

• 240ml herbal tea or Hill Botanical Cleanse Support Tea for detoxifying action.

• 30 grams of fresh fruit:peach, nectarine, banana, raspberries, strawberries

• A nice bunch of parsley

• The juice of half a fresh squeezed lemon

• A pinch of cardamom or cinnamon.

Recipe

Make some tea, let it cool in the fridge and then use it as the base for the smoothie. Blend it with the other ingredients.
