1. Taking care of your skin starts with a steam bath

The steam bath (or facial sauna) is probably one of the most underrated beauty allies. And yet, nothing easier to take care of your skin :in addition to boosting microcirculation, it promotes the elimination of toxins in depth and considerably improves the receptivity of the epidermis to subsequent treatments. It works wonders on all skin types except those that are extremely sensitive or prone to rosacea.

  • Cleanse your face with cleansing oil
  • Fill a flared container with boiling water. You can add some herbs or essential oils to enhance the purifying action of your sauna.
  • Position your face about 20 centimeters from the surface of the water. If it burns you, step back a few more inches.
  • Place a large towel over your head to trap as much steam as possible.
  • Enjoy this wellness ritual for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Continue immediately with the following steps.

2. Exfoliation, essential for clear and soft skin
