On Thursday March 16, the new exhibition Modemuze@OBA opens its doors in the Central OBA. Modemuze brings together gems of costumes and accessories from all over the country in Amsterdam. No fewer than twelve Dutch museums opened their depots and present both historical clothing and contemporary outfits by young designers. From a heavy Fong Leng dress to an eighteenth-century bag:the most diverse items of clothing and accessories from museums such as the Amsterdam Museum, Central Museum Utrecht and Paleis Het Loo hang and are on display in the exhibition.
Modemuze@OBA can be visited free of charge until 2 July in the Central OBA, Oosterdokskade 143, Amsterdam. Open every day from 10am to 10pm.
