After a scrub, your skin looks radiant and feels nice and smooth. Still, it's better not to exfoliate every day.
Exfoliating every day is too much of a good thing for almost all skin types. If you use a scrub or peeling too often, your skin will initially feel wonderfully soft, but it will eventually irritate your skin. The more often you exfoliate, the harder it becomes for your skin to keep the protective skin barrier intact.

A scrub works effectively if your skin is given the time to restore its balance in between. If that doesn't work, your skin will become weaker and dull.
Exfoliating twice a week is more than enough for normal, combination or oily skin. On sensitive skin, use a scrub once a week or once every two weeks.
