“Still little used, this technique of filling and regenerating the skin is the most recent evolution of lipostructure (or Coleman technique, practiced for about twenty years). It consists of taking fat stem cells from the inside of the knee or thigh to reinject them locally, using a cannula (=less aggressiveness, more precision), "explains Dr François Niforos, plastic surgeon. The goal ? Bring back volume where it is lacking:filling of dark circles, temples, forehead, cheekbones, filling of the nasolabial fold, plumping of wrinkled cheeks and lips, filling of the bitterness fold, redefinition of the oval of the face and reshaping of the upper lip. Immediate, the filling effect evolves for 6 months (=the injected cells are alive) before stabilizing. As for the result, it is final. Who is it for ? Even if the technique is minimally invasive, it is considered for significant filling (+ than 5 syringes of hyaluronic acid).
Duration of the intervention and price:Light surgical act, the lipo-seeding is practiced in the block, under local anesthesia. The duration of the treatment (removal of the fat, which is then washed and centrifuged before being reinjected) lasts approximately 20 minutes. Price between 450€ and 800€
