Which one of you already has such a lovely copy in your wardrobe? As far as I'm concerned, trousers made of travel fabric are an indispensable part of my wardrobe. These pants are not only ideal for travelling, but they are also wonderful for everyday wear.
When the travel fabric was introduced in the beginning, I was still a bit hesitant to say the least. Not so much because of the wearing comfort, that is of course a must. But more because of the looks. I was always worried it would look a bit fluffy, not really fashion conscious. Because let's face it… your buttocks stay in place better in tight jeans than in trousers made of travel fabric.
Yet I have noticed that travel fabric is less fluffy than I initially thought. You also have different variants of travel fabric, of course. The light version, a medium and a thicker version. The lighter the travel fabric, the smoother the pants fall. Very nice of course when the pants fall so smoothly and wonderful when the weather is nice. But with this fabric I am slightly tempted to do a few weeks of squats before I put on those pants.
Still, the travel fabric pants resemble the trend that made me so happy years ago. The jogging-with-high-heels trend. Trousers with travel fabric are actually a more chic variant. Personally, I think it's best if you combine such pants with a nice pump underneath. But a nice slipper or cool sneakers is also possible these days (and fits better in the 'travel happening' than that pump).
The great thing about the travel fabric pants is that you can get these pants in all kinds of variants. The slim-fit version that most resembles the jeans I normally wear. A tighter model that wraps around your legs. But lovers of flared trousers will also be well prepared with Studio Anneloes trousers if they are looking for travel fabric trousers.
I personally find the capri model the least attractive, but it is of course very nice for the summer. Are you more of the tougher type? Even then you can still opt for travel fabric, for example, take a look at the trainer model with the pants from Expresswear.
Are you a jumpsuit at heart? Then we have good news, because they are also available in travel fabric. Fun, tasty and hip!
The choice for travel fabric is not only related to comfort, although that is of course an important pillar. Another big advantage of this fabric is that it does not crease (which is why it is so handy for travel) and does not pill. So it remains of good quality.
Furthermore, trousers made of travel fabric have another advantage. In addition to being comfy to wear, they are still pants that allow you to dress neatly. You can easily wear these pants to work, or when you are going to apply for a job. As far as I'm concerned, it's a must-have in your basic wardrobe. You can easily combine the pants with a comfortable shirt, but also with a more chic blouse if you want.
