We are most concerned about our stomach (54 percent). A fifth is concerned about the whole body. Half of women say they are less concerned about their figure since becoming a mother. This is shown by research by Nivea.
A compliment works
Compliment others about the body. That leads to more self-confidence. At 47 percent, a compliment from their partner works wonders. That applies to both women and men. 80 percent of women gain the most confidence from a compliment from another woman.
