About 60 percent of the Dutch indicate that an irritation often manifests itself in the form of red spots especially on the legs and arms. Of the people with itching, skin irritation or skin allergy 29 percent take it to a doctor to find out the cause. About 40 percent do nothing about it, 20 percent buy an ointment at the drugstore and about 11 percent switch to unscented care products.
