While women's beauty routines vary, one thing is universal, regardless of race or race; we all have a specific problem area when it comes to unwanted body hair. However, Hispanic or Latino women are more likely than whites and African Americans to have the problem areas:Upper lip (57% versus 40% and 33%), Hands (20% versus 10% and 9%), Back (17% versus 7% and 11 %). The biggest problem areas are the bikini line (72%), forearms (58%) and legs (52%). This is according to a new American study. 85 percent of respondents “hate” even shaving and are looking for a better solution.
Many women would give up coffee (48%), Netflix (44%) or sex (39%) for a month to be free of unwanted body hair for a year – an additional 38 percent say they would give up social media for a month. The women say that shaving is time consuming (56%) and irritating to the skin (44%), and that hair grows back too quickly (72%). One in two women say unwanted body hair makes them less self-conscious, less confident, or insecure; younger women (57%) are more likely than older women (48%) to be less confident as a result of unwanted body hair.
