I believe that my world of Breton who loves surfing is well connected with Biotherm. And above all, at 25, I feel much more feminine and I have more self-confidence. Biotherm is an accessible brand that I knew well since my mother used it. I rediscover her today as a woman and I still love her as much.
I have Biotherm rituals that vary according to the seasons and the needs of my skin, but as a general rule, I like to mix a little Aqua-Gelée Autotanzante into my day care, to give me a healthy glow. Right now I'm using the Aquasource Cocoon, which is super comfortable. Sometimes, I also add a few drops of Liquid Glow Skin Best, it gives a little shiny side to the skin. In the evening, I am a fan of the Serum or Cream from the Blue Therapy range, which target the first signs of aging. If I have worn a lot of make-up, I like to apply the Life Plankton Mask after removing make-up and leave it on overnight. It is super enveloping and above all, you wake up with super luminous skin! Finally, I often change products, as my mother taught me, so that my skin doesn't get used to the active ingredients in the care products (which would then be less effective, editor's note).
I am a natural fan:I like to wear a BB cream mixed with my day cream or just a veil of loose powder, just to erase dark circles and small defects. I love the Urban Decay Perversion mascara:in the morning, one layer is enough for very black lashes but a rather natural result. If I want to bring out the big game, I put it back in the evening. I also like the HD Blush from Make Up For Ever, which gives me some structure to my face. Finally, on the lips, I am a fan of nourishing balms like Biotherm Lip Butter.
Take care of my eyebrows! They explained to me how important it is, so I'm really careful now. I find threading to be the best option for slow regrowth, and I also use a pencil to fill in any small holes.
I pamper them because the sea dries them out… but I love the effect of salt on the hair! With each shampoo, generally every two days, I do a treatment, whether I leave it on or not. I always favor silicone-free products. Once a week, I like to sleep with René Furterer's Night Capillary treatment, I find that it regenerates the hair.
To have beautiful hair! (Laughs) Kidding aside, I grew up by the ocean so water is my life. I love the invigorating side of surfing, I feel alive when I have my board under my arm and my wetsuit on me. I also find it a way to be connected to the environment, as I am very sensitive to water. For the past two years, I have been a Unicef sponsor for La Nuit de l’Eau. This is an event that has existed since 2007 where the municipal swimming pools remain open all night and the entries are donated to Unicef. The goal is to build wells on the outskirts of villages in Africa and allow young girls to go to school, especially in Togo. The 10th edition will take place on March 18, 2017. Besides, since I was a student, I also participate in beach cleanups with the SurfRider Foundation.
It is important to take the time to “read” the ocean before setting off. Basically, we sit at least 5 minutes to observe the spot before going there, while we warm up. This allows us to better anticipate the movement of the waves. And then, you must not let the cold overwhelm you because you tend to freeze and suddenly, it's harder.
It’s simple:eat well and exercise regularly. Food is the basis, it is the fuel of the body. I listen to my body so I eat balanced, without forgetting to treat myself from time to time. No way to get frustrated:if I want a burger, I eat it, even if it means doing a little extra workout afterwards.
In Brittany, it's simple, the call of the waves always gets me out of bed! In Paris, if the weather is nice, it's fine, but when it rains... it's hard! I try to focus on a nice thing of the day.
It gave me more confidence in myself as a woman. I also learned to dress myself, to put on make-up, I experienced the effervescence of Parisian life… Being Miss France was not a little girl's dream, it was very far from me. As a result, I think I benefited even more from it and the aftermath was even better.
