Dutch women flock to cosmetic doctors for their wrinkles, bags under the eyes and crow's feet, and for fuller lips and buttocks. This is apparent from an ongoing study by the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam. In 2016, 1 in 49 women was treated with fillers and 1 in 53 with botox. In that year, about 250,000 botox injections and 140,000 fillers were administered. This is less for men:one in 324 men opted for such an operation. This year, the number of cosmetic treatments will exceed 400,000.
