The first open shoes have been spotted in the streets, but don't you forget to take care of your feet before putting on your sandals?
Step 1:remove nail polish
That peeling nail polish really can't go on anymore. Remove all leftovers.
Step 2:take a foot bath
Fill a basin with lukewarm water. Add a dash of oil for extra soft feet. Soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes. With a scrub you can remove dead skin cells. Don't forget to exfoliate the heels and ankles.
Step 3:remove calluses
Your feet have been hidden in boots all winter and that probably didn't make them more beautiful. Now that your feet are soft because of the foot bath, you can easily remove calluses with a foot file or pumice stone. Don't get too excited, if you remove too much calluses, it can be painful to walk.
Step 4:cut nails
Always cut or file your nails straight to prevent ingrown toenails. With a cuticle pusher you can gently push back your cuticles.
Step 5:grease your feet
Use a thick layer of cream. It is best to lubricate your feet in the evening and then put on cotton socks so that the cream can absorb well.
Step 6:paint and maintain
A cheerful color nail polish on your nails makes your feet look a lot better. Don't forget to keep track of your foot care. When summer arrives, your feet will be ready.
