On Nu.nl we came across the following two articles:'Having sex regularly, makes for a younger appearance' and 'Older looking skin due to lack of sleep'. If we are to believe these two studies, we can indeed do more to keep our skin young:get enough sleep and have regular sex.

Have regular sex
A British neuropsychologist has examined 3,500 people between the ages of 18 and 102. Those who looked younger than their actual age generally had about 50 percent more sex than their peers.
