An essential gesture?

Brushing! It allows you to detangle but not only:it aerates, it removes dust and pollution, it invigorates the hair, it massages the scalp. When ? Before shampooing and after, with the detangling balm. Morning and evening and during the day, in all directions, starting from the skull. This is essential!

What is a good shampoo?

It is a shampoo adapted to the scalp, not to the lengths, we too often forget that. If you have a dry, oily, sensitive scalp with dandruff, choose your treating shampoo accordingly. And we alternate once in two or three times with a neutral or “beauty” shampoo. This is the care that we select according to the lengths (dry, curly, highlighted…)

A trick to boost shine?
