For this, he created the association "Coiffeurs Justes", which fights for the development of ecological equipment in hairdressing salons but also for... hair recycling!

Thierry Gras' goal? Train "fair hairdressers", involving colleagues and clients in a sustainable approach, in order to develop new practices in salons. A hairdresser at the forefront of innovation!
