The look, developed by colorist Guy Tang, is created using a very special product from Kenra Professional:Color Neons. The range offers seven different shades:blue, yellow, orange, green, purple, pink or even grey, designed to shine brightly under black light (or ultraviolet lighting).
To achieve a highly visible effect, Guy Tang recommends bleaching your hair to achieve as blond a result as possible.
