Beauty:do less for more results, it's possible!#3

Shampooing

• Everything we do (or not):we put on pounds, because the more there are, the more it cleans (according to the Pythamousse theorem). Oh, but?!?! it does not foam enough (well, so?)! We add more! And we rub our heads, oh, yes! We rub and even, we scratch and we put the nails there (we have lice or what?). When you have finished your tif laundry, you rinse in 30 seconds flat.

• What we should do:we fill the hollow of the hand, no more, otherwise we stimulate the sebaceous glands (=the hair gets greasy faster). On wet but towel-dried mane, distribute the product at the root level of the forehead, the neck and the top of the skull. We gradually emulsify it (=we add water). This is what allows you to have a more abundant foam (whereas if you add material, it produces the opposite effect) and to better take off dirt. We gently massage the scalp (it makes it breathe, it loves it) with the pulp of the fingers. The foam is stretched over the lengths, without adding shampoo. Finally, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water for 2-3 minutes. If we can, we finish with cold water to bring the scales to attention.

• Why it's better:shampoo in the rules of the art, it's to make sure to have a shiny, toned and healthy hair. Bonus:it's more economical.

• The right frequency:every three or four days, more if needed. Everyday ? It is also possible:but you alternate your shampoo with a mild shampoo.

Apply a mask or detangler

• Everything we do (or not):mask or detangler, we do the same:we put a lot, because the more there is, the more it detangles and the more it nourishes. We work on soggy hair because it goes faster. We put it all the way to the scalp (to prevent the knots from taking "root"?). And we rinse immediately.

What we should do:we apply a small or a large dab of cream, depending on the length and thickness of the hair (beyond that, it weighs down the hair). We really wring out his mane (too much water =the product runs with the water and does not act) and we deposit the texture on the half-lengths and the tips (not on the roots, otherwise it will be greasy). Emulsify with a little water and massage the lengths to make it penetrate. We leave on for one to 5 minutes, depending on the time and the degree of patience). Finish with an abundant rinse with lukewarm or cool water.

• Why it's better:a well nourished and well disentangled fiber is a hair that plays ping-pong with the light the light. And so ? It shines!

• The right frequency:the detangler, with each shampoo (on long and mid-length hair). The mask, every other or every third time.
