Composed of plant powders, the dry shampoo absorbs sebum and cleanses the scalp. The idea:space out the (real) shampoos by getting rid of the greasy appearance of the hair. The product is sprayed on the scalp, left on for two minutes until the sebum is absorbed, then brushed to remove residue. For an even more imperceptible result, you can choose it colored.
Before making the dry shampoo, select the powder(s) suited to your needs:horsetail powder is astringent and stimulates the scalp (promotes hair growth), Shikakai prevents dandruff, Kapoor Kashli is antioxidant and has a subtle natural fragrance, amla stimulates hair growth and slows down hair loss, micronized rice powder is mattifying, green clay is cleansing and purifying, arrowroot purifies the leather scalp and peony soothes itching.
Mix 5 tablespoons of one or more powders + a few drops of the essential oil of your choice or a vegetable oil. Sprinkle a small amount of the mixture on the scalp and massage with the fingertips. We eliminate the excess by brushing.
It's good because we can select the powder or powders that suit our needs (see recipes below) and above all... it's not very expensive. The price of the powders is between €2.20 and €3.90 for 50 to 250 g.
