Pollution particles attach themselves to the skin and lodge in the pores, whether you are wearing makeup or not. Even if you use a great anti-pollution treatment, if you don't rid the epidermis of these particles, it's useless...
Let it be said:all cleansers are effective, but you have to choose them carefully. With little or no makeup, we opt for a "light" product such as micellar water, foam or gel. If you wear more make-up, it is better to use a make-up remover oil or milk, to be massaged into the skin. With the palm of the hand, press the face to remove make-up and polluting particles, then rinse. In both cases, the watchword is softness, so as not to attack the epidermis. You can use a cleansing brush, provided you adapt its use to the sensitivity of the skin (if it is reactive, you limit the use of the brush to 1 or 2 times a week maximum). The right cleaning frequency? Morning and evening. In the morning, we just pass a cotton pad with micellar water and in the evening, we treat ourselves to a real make-up removal. Easy!
