As of today, KLM fans can travel in comfort and style with the limited edition Jet Legs training pants. The Jet Legs are available via the KLM Instagram channel and the KLM webshop. On the occasion of the introduction of the Jet Legs, KLM commissioned research into the choice of clothing during the travel of 1,100 Dutch, German, British and Norwegian passengers. More than half (54 percent) put comfort first when they go on a vacation or business trip by plane. However, the training pants are not yet seen as part of a suitable travel outfit:almost 50 percent of the respondents are not attracted to the appearance of traveling in sportswear. But when the training pants can be worn fashionably, 44 percent of this group is willing to go for this option. That is why KLM asked four fashion professionals in the Netherlands, Germany, Norway and the United Kingdom to show what style is possible with the Jet Legs.
The Jet Legs are available in a limited edition of 5,000 pieces via the Instagram channel and the KLM webshop. The comfortable, blue pants are made of recycled polyester and elastane. The packaging of the Jet Legs is also made from recycled plastic.
