How do you cover up large pores with makeup? We give a number of tips.
Good preparation is half the battle Large pores create a shadow effect on the skin, making you look older. Your main weapon against this shortcoming is the use of a primer with which you even out the skin.
Start with a good foundation
Choose a matte or satin-gloss foundation (for example, Clinique Pore Refining foundation or Essence Stay All Day 16h long-lasting make-up). If you quickly suffer from pimples, use a water-based foundation.
Match your foundation with your skin With foundation and powder, make sure that the color disappears on your skin. So it has to match exactly. When too dark a color gets into your pores, it stands out too much.

Check your foundation again after 5 minutes
Once your foundation has warmed up through the skin, it's easier to see if it has been applied evenly.
Prevent a shiny face
Does your foundation shine during the day? Blot your skin with a tissue or blotting paper. Do not rub or apply extra foundation on your face, that will only make things worse.
