To get back on the healthy track, here is an easy recipe for a gourmet and healthy breakfast.
For 2 servings
– 400 ml. vegetable milk
– 4 tbsp. at s. chia seeds
– 1/2 tsp. c. vanilla powder
– 3 tbsp. at s. agave syrup
– 1 kiwi and blueberries
– Lactose-free cottage cheese
– Red fruit coulis
Start by mixing the vegetable milk with the vanilla and the agave syrup in a container.
Arrange the kiwi slices then the chia seeds directly in the bottom of the glasses that will be used for breakfast.
Pour the milk over the chia seeds and stir gently so that the seeds are distributed in the milk.
Leave in the refrigerator overnight so that the mixture thickens and takes on the consistency of pudding.
The next morning, take out of the fridge and place a little fromage blanc, some red fruit coulis and a few blueberries on top.
