5 beauty tips for a sparkling look


Having a hard time getting a good night's sleep these days? Before you even start your day, do you already look exhausted? To regain a healthy glow, take care of your eyes! Here are Veld's 5 tips for a fresh, sparkling and full of life look!

Decongest your eyes for a fresh look

When you jump out of bed, you can only see the damage:puffiness, dark circles, tired eyes. Do not panic, the first good thing is to decongest ! Start by cleansing your face with cool water. The cold gives a boost to the skin, tightens the pores and tightens the skin. Then, equip yourself with ice cubes, or spoons placed in the refrigerator. Apply them under your eyes to decongest the eye contour and reduce dark circles and puffiness.

Then, when applying your moisturizer or eye cream, gently sweep over the eye area. Massage in small circles fingertips, then gently pinch the skin to activate blood circulation around the eye . Finally, close your eyes then move them up and down, left and right, and draw a figure eight. These movements of the eyeball will help wake up and tighten the small muscle fibers around the eyes, and circulate the lymph.

Pamper your eyes with an eye contour treatment

Special eye makeup for tired eyes

Do an anti-fatigue mask once a week

Once a week, a reviving mask can help you regain a fresh look instantly! There are reusable gel masks, which are placed in the fridge, before leaving for 15 to 30 minutes. It can be found in stores dedicated to skincare and make-up, as well as in pharmacies.

Otherwise, grandmother's tricks are always effective:two slices of cucumbers or two bags of green tea placed in the fridge , and hop, we let it sit for 20 minutes.
