Your fridge:your best beauty friend

Oh, the eggs

They are the ideal ingredient of a repairing mask for damaged hair. Indeed, the raw egg is rich in sulfur, vitamins and minerals. Egg yolk is particularly rich in lecithin and contains minerals such as phosphorus, zinc, selenium and vitamins A, D, B12, B8 (biotin) and B9 (folic acid). Dry and dull hair will love this recipe that will nourish the hair, strengthen it, make it more supple and shiny (as well as any hair care product).

– 1 egg yolk;

– 1 tablespoon of honey;

– 1 tablespoon of yogurt;

– 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil.

Mix all the components in a bowl until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Then apply the mask in the hair, section by section, also taking the time to massage it well. Leave on for about 15 minutes then rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.

As an astringent mask for the face

Nothing better than egg whites for oily or combination skin. Beat them in a bowl until the texture becomes frothy. Then apply this mixture on the face and neck, leaving it to dry for 15 minutes. Rinse. Your skin should immediately be clearer, more matte and…your pores finally tightened.

Heaven, fresh cream

Fresh cream is nourishing, moisturizing, softening and soothing. Blended with antioxidant honey and regenerating argan oil, this anti-wrinkle mask is excellent for those freaking out about fine lines...

– 1 tablespoon of heavy cream;

– 1 teaspoon of honey;

– 2 teaspoons of argan oil.

First mix the honey and the cream then add the 2 teaspoons of argan oil before whisking until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Apply all over the face, leaving on for a quarter of an hour before rinsing.

OMG, the cucumber

It's a great classic. We've all tried putting pucks on our eyes (it's nice but nothing really happens).

On the other hand, this mask with cucumber mixed with honey is more likely to give you a visible effect. Because the pulp of the cucumber is very famous, because of its vitamin C, and its healing, softening qualities and for its sanitizing action. How-to video!

Wonder tomato

If your tomatoes really have no taste, recycle them into a mask! They are indeed very effective against pimples, in particular because they have anti-inflammatory properties that help fight skin inflammation (in addition to their antioxidants, vitamins A and B, lycopene and proteins).

In this video, a super simple, but powerful recipe:a tomato and sugar scrub. And the plus:with a Quebec accent!
