With the banana:sip of vitamins and minerals, it nourishes, and not only the stomach. Reduce two bananas to a puree, apply them to the hair (not at the roots), put on a charlotte (apple, strawberry, plastic…) and wait a quarter of an hour before washing.
With lemon:high in vitamin C and astringent, it is perfect for bleaching nails. We mix the juice of a lemon with lukewarm water, we dip our fingertips in it and voila! Are you blonde (lucky)? After shampooing, run cold water in the sink, squeeze a lemon, then soak your mane in it to set your highlights on fire and coat the fiber. To clarify the complexion after a messy night, put lemon juice on a washcloth and pass it on the face before applying your moisturizer. Dark down? Rub an open lemon every evening on your mini mustache. And also, to have luscious lips (hey, hey!) bite your mouth full on this beautiful citrus fruit (and then on your lover).
With red fruits:there, we do it a little in advance and we make it a little washing pleasure with an unscented bath foam, of thick consistency + 100 gr of fresh strawberries + 100 gr of fresh raspberries . We mix everything and let it rest overnight in the fridge before tasting.
With the apple:antiseptic and gifted in fruit acids (like all fruits, by the way), it is reduced to a puree in the blender before spreading on the face for an invigorating mask. You can do the same with kiwi, red fruit or pear pulp, adding fresh cream if your skin is particularly dry. And also:pour boiling water over a slice of apple to soften it. Leave to cool and put on a button that you feel dawning (grrr). If it's not too naughty, it works!
