It's officially spring, and with it comes the gradual change of wardrobe (it's faster among the inhabitants of the south of the country... The lucky ones!). The desire to invest in clothes with lighter materials is almost irrepressible but problem:the flagship color of this spring/summer 2018 season has not yet been unveiled. It is now done (phew of relief)! Gone is the nude and the “Millennial pink” that appeared everywhere on social networks in 2017 – even in the hair of bloggers – it’s time for “Gen-Z yellow”. Kezaco? It is a warm yellow, halfway between lemon yellow and honey yellow, which has recently imposed itself on the catwalks and which, quite logically, is starting to flood the Instagram pages of fashion enthusiasts.
Its rather complex name actually refers to “generation Z”, which therefore follows generation Y and which designates people born between the mid-1990s and the end of the 2000s (it’s getting a bit old, huh ?). The color also called the "yellow look at me" is associated with the current youth because it is described by scientific studies as being more reckless, more carefree and flirting more with transgression than the previous ones. Of course there is no age to wear this shade which flatters all skin tones (as well as all hair colors, if you want our opinion) and which easily highlights skins that are timidly starting to brown. To help you get used to the idea, we've concocted a wide selection that includes, among other things, a T-shirt with a trendy print, delicate and romantic tops, closed or open shoes depending on your place on the scale of chilly, a made-to-measure trench or even imposing sunglasses that will make you see life in yellow. Come on, we're going into solar mode, ladies!
