Double bath for a two-tone T. shirt
Material · 1 cotton T-shirt · 1 dye pack purple, 1 red, 1 yellow · 30 g fine cooking salt · 2 containers of 3 l.
Realization In a basin with water at 40°, add 2 tbsp. at s. of violet and 2 tbsp. at s. salt. In the 2nd container, mix salt and 2 tbsp. at s. of yolk + 1 tbsp. c. red to get the orange hue. Soak half of the T. shirt for 5 min in the purple tray, then the other half for 5 min in the orange tray. Then gently dip the central 1/3 of the T. shirt successively in the 2 containers for the gradient effect. Lay flat to dry.
Material · 1 white cotton tank top · 3 sachets of textile dye in different colors · 30 g of fine cooking salt · 3 bowls · 1 brush · 1 spray bottle.
Preparation In 3 bowls of water at 40°, pour the salt by spoonfuls, and let each sachet of pigment infuse for about 8 min. Draw the turquoise then fuchsia patterns with a brush. Fill the spray bottle with the fuchsia preparation and spray sparingly. Repeat the same process with the yolk. Rinse until water runs clear after each coloring step to avoid smudging.
Material · White cotton tennis shoes · 1 sachet of textile dye · 30 g of fine cooking salt · 1 spray bottle.
Directions Moisten the tennis shoes with the spray bottle containing 40°C water and salt. Place a tiny amount of pigments in the palm of your hand. Blow slowly towards the sneakers. The pigments are immediately absorbed. For all stains, use rubber gloves. dry the parts away from the sun or in the dryer. during the first washes, use color-absorbing wipes.
Equipment · 1 white pair of jeans · 1 sachet of blue fabric dye · 30 g of fine cooking salt · small rubber bands · 1 basin.
Realization Make several small knots using rubber bands on the jeans. In the basin filled with water at 40° and salt, infuse the sachet of pigments for just 1.30 minutes for the pastel effect. Immerse the jeans with the knots in the basin for 2 min. Remove the rubber bands and rinse the jeans until the water runs clear.
