But the inspiration started to bubble again for a blog about winter shoe trends for women for the winter of 2020/2021. Of course because I bought new shoes myself, haha. Every year (and every season) we see new trends. This year (2020/2021) the winter shoe trends for women are versatile! And that's great, because that means that many women can find winter shoes to their taste in the store and online.
Because nothing is more annoying than that you have a certain taste, but can't find the type of shoe that you are passionate about because they are simply not in fashion.

Yay, the high boots are back! I love it. No boots that go over my knee, that's just a bit too far for me. Even though I think that's nice for slim ladies, with a warm knitted dress above it for example. But the winter shoes for women in the form of high boots reach just below the knee this winter.
Where years ago we often wore these high boots over jeans, we now often see them combined with a midi dress. Very nice! In any case, I'm going to pull out my boots collection again!
One year you see the shoes, pumps and boots end in a big fat point, the next year we go round and now it is the trend to wear winter shoes with square toes. And you won't hear me complaining, because secretly I don't just think these noses are the most beautiful of all, the winter shoes with a square nose also wear much more comfortable ladies?

I have mixed feelings about the trend of the Combat and Chelsea boots. Some Combat boots are beautiful (those lovely cool ones with laces, thick soles and here and there some buckles and shine), but the Chelsea boots type are not really my thing. But hey, everyone has their own taste, right? That is what makes the winter shoe trends for women in 2020/2021 so much fun.

They are certainly beautiful, the winter shoes in white. But for the ladies who can also keep their winter shoes a bit neat, because white gets dirty quickly of course. It is not such a practical choice in our rural area, but I think they are cool.
Also the Dad sneakers are still trendy and can be found as winter shoes for women in this winter. That's a good thing, because during the first trend period I already went all out on these lovely comfy sneakers. So glad I can continue to wear them this winter and still be über trendy!
