You've probably heard that you don't have to wash your hair every day. Even if you've been exercising, rinsing your hair with water would be enough. But what about your body?
Water dries out your skin. The warmer the water, the more it dries out your skin. Especially your arms and legs do not need to be washed so often. The skin there produces less oil and therefore you will suffer from dry skin more quickly. Itchy legs, anyone? If you shower daily, do not use soap on your arms and legs every day.
