QUESTION: I've been wearing the same makeup (black mascara, dark brown eye pencil and beige lipstick) for years and think it's time for something new. I have brown eyes and olive skin. For example, what can I add to these products so that I can quickly create a more festive make-up?
ANSWER: “If you wear the same makeup for a long time, it can indeed be refreshing to try something different. With brown eyes and olive skin the options are endless †
Beautiful eyeshadow colors with you are gray and lilac. With a green-gold color, brown eyes become optically slightly lighter † If you have lighter specks in your iris, they will stand out more. Also try a black gold, midnight blue or purple eye pencil † You will see that you create a very exciting glance with this.
I would leave out both lipsticks; with an olive-colored skin, this does not always look flattering. A salmon-colored or a warm pink lipstick with a subtle gold speck you will look better. In winter, a warm red color with a light pink undertone is also very nice on the lips.
Black mascara I always find that I give that little bit extra, so I would certainly not deviate from this.”
