The Met Gala is hosted by fashion queen Anna Winstour , editor-in-chief of the American edition of Vogue magazine . This social event takes place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, with a specific theme chosen each year. The craziest and most original outfits then parade on the red carpet, with the highlighting of the creations of the greatest couturiers from around the world.
For this 71st edition, the theme was Camp:Notes on Fashion , which corresponds to the art of artifice and non-normality. This year, we could see the stars parading, wearing the names of many designers such as Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger or Versace.
