"There are many things that we can put in place every day for our inside &out glow, there is no shortage of techniques and tips… But there are essentials that we should consider before anything else. My pillars in my holistic practice are:
- Regular movement
- Anti-inflammatory diet
- Stress management
- Work on mindset and emotional balance
Then for the ultimate Glow we optimize with a solid beauty routine morning and evening. For skin that radiates, it's always the synergy that creates the magic!
To optimize our first work on the “inside” we favor clean ingredients to balance and embellish the “outside”. Opting for clean care gives us better results in the long term, preserves internal balance and bonus, preserves the global environment.
My first step to beautify the exterior and fight against impurities is to keep in mind that no matter what skin problems or "corrections" you want to make, the skin must remain hydrated and soothed every day. In general, it is too attacked in winter by the cold, the wind, stress and fatigue... A well hydrated skin (and even more nourished in winter) is a more resistant skin.

For the face:
- Pai Skincare back to life serum:the hyaluronic acid moisturizing serum is a MUST for me to protect the skin and optimize deep hydration. This serum is a classic to which I often return because it is particularly suitable for sensitive skin. To be applied morning and evening under the day/night cream.
- CC cream light by Madara:BB and CC creams are the best friends of girls in a hurry;) I love anything that can optimize my routine and since I don't want to put on foundation every day to leave a natural effect, this product has become an ally. This unifies, brings a little color and SPF protection at the same time, without drying out the skin. I'm a fan.
- Patyka Intense Hydrating Mask:Hydration is my mantra for healthy skin. Most of my clients have dehydrated skin because we are afraid of overdoing it and shining, but well hydrated skin is the only way to obtain the luscious skin effect…. In winter I do cures or I apply a moisturizing mask every evening. And otherwise 2-3 times a week depending on the needs of the skin.
- Madara Smart anti-fatigue eye contour cream:The eye contour is the most sensitive area of the face that ages the fastest, so I apply a cream morning and evening after the serum and before the creams with textures richer. After 30 years it should always be part of the routine if we want to optimize the routine and preserve this fragile area.
- Colorisi black mascara:I try to favor natural makeup also to respect my skin, and particularly for products applied close to the eyes. This mascara gives a natural result and lasts well throughout the day. As I have clear eyelashes, mascara is the most important product in my makeup bag;)
For body and hair:
- Evolve Beauty Tropical blossom body butter body scrub:I'm obsessed with this product... everything I love, a very rich divine texture that deeply nourishes the skin and a delicious fragrance. It is a real moment of well-being to apply it in the evening.
- Patyka revitalizing scrub:since I exfoliate in the shower daily, my skin is much softer and more beautiful. This allows the care applied afterwards to be better absorbed and the skin is thus better hydrated. I can't do without it and I particularly insist on the thighs/buttocks to boost circulation.
- Honey and hibiscus repair shampoo and John Masters Organics honey repair mask:I really like this “cocooning” duo for soft and shiny hair in winter. I try not to wash my hair more than 3 times a week and always apply a mask afterwards. As for the skin, it is the hydration ++ which is important but of course we adapt according to our scalp and we insist more on the "nutrition" at the level of the lengths.
To complete the routine:
- Collagen absolute from D-LAB:I am a fan of this high quality brand and knowing that collagen is one of the most important proteins for preserving the youth and health of the skin, I take it daily. With age the levels of collagen in the body gradually and naturally decline and the skin loses elasticity. Regularly taking food supplements according to your needs is important to support the proper functioning of the body. We often have small (or large) deficiencies, particularly related to stress. A balanced diet remains the essential, we optimize with a quality supplement.

We work on the Glow through the right interior treatments and optimize ourselves on the outside!
