How beautiful and fascinating, an afro cut! The "nappy" (contraction of the terms "natural" and "happy"), which consists of assuming one's frizzy hair, is on the rise:Solange Knowles, Inna Modja, Oprah Winfrey... many of them keep their hair natural. Not your thing? No worries ! Frizzy hair is very malleable and accepts shaping:curls, straight, flexible brushing, you can do anything, and it holds! With a little work…
• As the hair is dry (the sebum circulates little), it is never greasy and you can be satisfied with one wash per week. Two steps:first a clarifying shampoo, to remove product residues (cream, oil) and soothe the scalp, then a nourishing shampoo (“frizzy hair” or “very dry” ranges), which is left on for a minute. Style with a detangling comb and always follow with a treatment, detangling balm or mask.
• Every day, the fiber is nourished with an oil or a cream. We massage the scalp and circulate the sebum.
• If the hair is very dry, you can also leave the mask or detangling balm on. It nourishes the fiber in depth, and, as it dries, the hair automatically styles itself into a pretty little curl. Apply a small amount of product to towel-dried hair, detangle with a wide-toothed comb and let air dry or with a hair dryer + diffuser (low speed).
• We do not abuse irons and straighteners:the curl ends up relaxing for good. Fan of very smooth? Better to let a pro do it than to damage your hair.
The anti-bad hair day gesture. Very dry, frizzy hair is prone to frizz. To tame them, apply a dab of day cream to stubborn areas with your fingertips.
