Anti-bacterial, antispasmodic, decongestant and anti-inflammatory, chamomile is great for soothing minor skin irritations. Hence the idea of using it as a poultice to relieve swollen and tired eyes.
• Two sachets of organic chamomile tea
• Hot water
Pour a cup of boiling water over the two chamomile tea bags, let steep for 3 minutes. Remove the sachets and wait for them to reach a bearable temperature. Lie down and place them on the eyelids (closed). Leave on for 10 minutes. And don't forget to drink the infusion (=relaxing and digestive effect).
Immediate use.
