Deep plump
The anti-aging effect:nothing better than a deep treatment to renovate and rehydrate the skin in depth. On oily skin, choose a gentle exfoliation for combination skin + a moisturizing mask or an exfoliating mask:leave on for 10 minutes, wet your hands then exfoliate the texture. Then dry well. On fragile, dry or normal skin, use a mask that contains as much water as possible (the Avène Thermal Spring Water Moisturizing Mask contains 80% water!) with which you can sleep. There is nothing better to plump up the skin (and the pillowcase).
From when:from 20 years old.
The frequency:once a week for the exfoliation, twice for the mask if you have dry skin.
Embrace the care
The anti-aging effect:strategic area (kissing, eating, declaring oneself), the lips are semi-mucosa and contain little keratin, which does not allow them to defend themselves against aggressions (biting, cold, wind ). To avoid pinched lips or the barcode effect, divert your eye contour cream to the lips. Keep it "warm", by applying a moisturizing balm. Do not hesitate to overflow to nourish the contour (hence the interest of choosing it without color…). You can also choose a care lipstick that contains nourishing and moisturizing active ingredients (from Dior and L'Oréal Paris)
From when:from 20 years old.
The frequency:apply a contour treatment twice a day + balm throughout the day, all year round.
Don't forget your hands and cleavage...
Hands:As you get older, they become emaciated (yes) and can stain. When you moisturize your face, finish your cream on your hands. And always have a moisturizer handy. Reapply each time you wash them. No dishes with bare hands (or let the man do it) and systematize the sunscreen to protect them from stains.
The neck and décolleté:as fragile as the face, they require the same care. Don't forget them when you apply your treatment and make a mask
