It's a chance, the buttocks are made up of fat but also of muscle:
– the posterior muscle or gluteus maximus, located at the back of the pelvis, is responsible for the rounded appearance (or not) of the buttocks;
– the gluteus medius, located in a fan on the upper side of the pelvis, brings curves to this part of the body;
– the small gluteus, located under the gluteus medius, the smallest and deepest of the muscles, draws the overflowing shape (or not) of the buttocks.
Translation:yes, we can shape them without going through the plastic surgery box! Because the sworn enemy of the buttocks remains a sedentary lifestyle. If, like a good active woman, you go from the office to your car… ouch, ouch, ouch! As often as possible or, better, every day:
Finish the shower with a jet of cool water to firm the tissues and fight against the installation of cellulite.
Massage your buttocks every day, morning and/or evening, with or without cream.
Twice a week:
Exfoliate the buttocks at least twice a week to stimulate and smooth the skin.
1. While standing for a long time (in the subway or at the supermarket checkout), make the most of the time by squeezing and loosening your buttocks several times in a row to get a killer buttocks!
2. Don't neglect this area forgotten:massage, exfoliation, hydration… Everything is good, as long as the buttocks are soft in the end!
