Even though we haven't had to make much use of it recently, the beautiful weather has already arrived. So if you don't have sunglasses yet, now is the time to go shopping. Sunglasses and sunscreen, that's all we need. However? About a month ago I added a new pair of sunglasses to my 'stash'. Because I really wanted a different type of sunglasses, it was quite a process, choosing those sunglasses. Because which sunglasses suit me? And maybe I can't try another model?
There aren't many things I doubt about, but when it comes to glasses, I always like to have someone else's advice. Preferably from Frank. But because I wanted a different model of sunglasses for a long time instead of the pilot Ray-Ban glasses that I have had for years, I went looking for myself. Looking for such classy sunglasses that are larger than half your head, such Jackie Ohh sunglasses. Because I always think they look so cool on other women.
Frank thinks I'm crazy every time I say I want sunglasses like these. "It doesn't suit you." And then I bounce back 'Which sunglasses suit me?' and then he calls out 'a pilot model' again. Well… that doesn't make me any wiser, because I already have them. While searching for Lentiamo I found a pair of Jackie Ohh sunglasses and I fell in love immediately. Still, of course, the doubt set in whether those sunglasses would suit my face.
By using the Virtual Try On tool I was able to get a bit of an idea of the sunglasses they sell here. So I had a kind of pass session with myself 😉 . That is very simple. Choose a nice photo of yourself that shows your face well. With every pair of sunglasses you like is the button to try the Virtual Try On. You upload the photo and the sunglasses are immediately shown on your face. So you can see which sunglasses suit you.
I found four sunglasses that I really liked at first glance and use the tool with all four to get a better idea of which sunglasses suit me better. Check them out below!
It is special to see how different those sunglasses look on the same face. And even though Jackie Ohh glasses were high on my wish list… the Virtual Try On tool has shown me in this case that that model of sunglasses does not suit me. I think it's too big for my face.
As you can see I am a Rayban fan 😉 . It's not a conscious choice, but all models that I liked at first glance turn out to be Rayban. After taking a good look at the above photos, I still hesitated between the Erika and the Aviator and in the end it turned out to be the last one.
Without Frank expressing his opinion this time, I automatically ended up with a pilot model again with this tool. Bizarre! A great detail is that - the first day I had these sunglasses on - I was immediately told by two different people that they thought my sunglasses were so cool. Such confirmation is nice if you are a doubter. If you also ask yourself which sunglasses suit you best, the sunglasses guide can also help you with this.
