The discoloration is often worst in these corners of the eyes. Now work the concealer outwards - gently tapping with a fingertip - in the shape of a crescent. Once you've done this, brush a little bit of loose powder over it to set everything in place.

Be careful with loose powder, it should not be visible under your eyes. Do you want to camouflage your dark bags, but rather not with concealer?
