A lovely warm bath is perfect for relaxing. Add a little mint or lavender oil to the water for an extra calming effect.
2. You get sleepy
In the bath, your body temperature rises, which makes you sleepy. So crawl straight from the bath into bed.
3. It is good against a starting cold
The steam from the hot water can cause your cavities to open. Do you have sore muscles? Then lying in the bath also provides relief.
4. It's a good time to take care of your skin
Use a shower oil that tackles your dry skin and apply body butter after bathing.
