Whether you have many or few wrinkles depends on several factors. You cannot influence your genes, but by getting used to these habits, you can still be good for your skin.
Sleep on your back
Lying on your stomach or side at night puts more pressure on your face. When you just wake up, the wrinkles are extra visible on your face. The older you get, the worse these wrinkles get and the longer it will take for them to disappear in the morning.
Use a satin pillow
A real side or stomach sleeper can't just use a different sleeping position. A satin pillowcase offers the solution. This is better for your skin and hair.
Lubricate regularly
Lubricate your face regularly. Don't forget your neck either. Preferably use a day cream with SPF in the morning.
Don't be too rough on your face
Exfoliating or washing your face with a washcloth may sound like two good habits, but that's not necessarily true. Do not scrub too often and choose a very mild scrub depending on your skin type. Roughly washing your face with a washcloth is also not very good for your skin. So be a little careful or throw a splash of water in your face from now on.
Ensure a healthy lifestyle
You probably won't follow a healthy lifestyle to prevent wrinkles, but eating a healthy diet, drinking enough water, exercising and not drinking too much alcohol definitely contribute to good skin. Try to avoid prolonged stress.
