It's Halloween, but maybe it's better not to watch too many creepy movies. British research among 2,000 adults shows that horror and thriller films can cause premature aging.
The study was commissioned by Foreo, a Swedish company that produces beauty products.

During the survey, it was found that 9 to 11 viewers made a shocked, tense or surprised face when watching films such as The Silence of the Lambs and The Shining .
dr. Harry Singh, spokesperson for the Swedish company:“When we have a shocked look, we activate the muscles of the forehead. By repeating this expression, these muscles are strengthened and we develop horizontal lines across the forehead.”
These are the films that can cause the most wrinkles according to the research:
