Do you like going to a spa after a long working week? Good news, you can do it at home!
Step 1
Look for beautiful stones. You can get them from anywhere, but it is important that they are medium-sized, round and smooth. And don't forget to bring a few smaller stones that fit between your toes.

A spa bath is always nice and warm. Therefore, first let water run in your bath at the highest possible, but pleasant temperature. Then add some essential bath oil, thermal bath salt or an effervescent tablet. Which variant? That depends entirely on your condition. If you are very tired, it is best to go for lavender and juniper for stiff muscles. Or maybe you really long for a good night's sleep? Then hop/valerian extract is recommended.
Step 3
Make sure the bathroom door is closed, put on some relaxing music, light some candles and have a pitcher of cold water ready next to the tub. Then sit back and close your eyes. After lying down for a while, grab the stones and submerge them to get them to the same temperature as the water. Gently rub the medium-sized stones over your body to remove dead skin. You use the smaller stones for your feet. Put them in a towel and clamp them between your toes or stand on the stones in the warm water. And don't forget to pour some cold water from the jug over certain parts of the body every now and then for better blood circulation.
Step 4
After about 30 minutes you dry yourself and lubricate yourself with a delicious lotion. Bet you feel completely fresh and relaxed now?
