This year, NUOO is participating in this international commercial event that is Black Friday from November 25 to December 2, 2019. This time, however, everything changes because we have chosen to make people consume differently and give meaning to the 'purchase. This commercial week will be called "Black For Good" for the #Blackforgood #Blackpourlebien !
The #Blackforgood is a movement initiated by Typology, a brand of green and ethical cosmetics. It was born from the desire to think about Black Friday differently:take advantage of this period of overconsumption to engage customers, and continue to raise awareness in communities about environmental issues that concern us all.
The goal? Changing mentalities, giving meaning to the act of purchase and becoming the initiators of the changes we want to see emerge.
Thus, NUOO has joined the movement and will donate 10% of the profits received from November 29 to December 2, 2019 at the Eden Reforestation Project association, whose mission is to provide fair and remunerated employment to the poorest so that they cultivate, plant and maintain a forest of native species in large scale.
This year, more than 50 companies have decided to join the Black For Good movement and support associations. Because every opportunity is good to rethink our daily life in order to move towards a more sustainable way of life and consumption , we want to make together this key moment of consumption, a moment of generosity and societal commitment!
