For who ? Any dark base, from chestnut to brown, with a fair or matte complexion.
The right color:Use permanent hair color. Two possibilities:if you have fair skin, choose cool tones (at Schwarzkopf), to avoid looking pale. If you have a rather matte complexion, go for warm reflections that enhance the complexion. Apply the product from root to tip, and leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing. If you just want a little shine effect, use an ammonia-free color that gradually goes out with shampoo. Keep the same application technique.
Goof! When touching up at the roots, brands often recommend extending the dye on the lengths. Bad idea with a dark color:by adding pigments to a hair that is already loaded with color, you risk darkening it even more, and weighing down the color. Too late ? Naan:make a lightening shampoo (special for blondes!) to disgorge the tint. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
The extra thing:on a daily basis, adopt a shampoo for colored hair. Its pH, more acidic than that of a traditional shampoo, preserves the quality of the color. If you are a fan of henna, entrust your pretty head to the hairdresser. At home, the color would not take. Worse, it may turn.
