Yes! It looks like spring has sprung! The sturdy boots can go into the closet (or click) and the hunt for summer shoes is on. Usually I get a set of cheap sneakers that can be used for everything and 1 or 2 sets of really good shoes, per child. I almost always fall back on the same brands. Simply because the quality is good. And given the price of the steppers, I think that's important. One of those brands is always Develab. I know where I stand, I can be sure that they are not only trendy but also sturdy shoes. Those of the kind that aren't tattered at the first best survival trip. That's my experience at least. The only downside is…there is too much choice. I mean, say it yourself…
This is just a small selection of the girls collection. There is a flashy pair of shoes for every style. The leopard print shoe is also available in solid colors and flowers. The loafers are also available in all kinds of fresh motifs and colors, but also strikingly metallic with possibly a zipper along the side. As a counterpart to the busier prints, I found this cool sneaker beautiful in its simplicity, with a nice touch of flowers and pink. The problem is that I like both:nice and cheerful and bright, but also soft and subtle.
The possibilities are endless for the boys too. Fresh or dark colours. Sporty or more subdued High or low sneakers. For my little guy who is (almost) 2 years old, I really like the first of these three in a row. Lovely summer colors!
