The punishment is (unfortunately) not reserved for the pre-pubescent alone:more than 20% of women have acne until the age of 35. And it's not because you didn't have one when you were a teenager that you get through when you're a big girl (that's ugly).
we don't wait for it to pass by tinkering with our care, fiddling with our pimple (especially not!) or whining about our fate, we go to the dermatologist:even if your acne is of the light type, only a sur- measure will damn him the pawn. We also practice good hygiene habits. Use appropriate care and make-up products (gentle, non-comedogenic and non-allergenic). Banish the milk + lotion duo and use a surgras dermatological bar, a micellar lotion or a specific foaming gel for oily skin. Forbidden to cheat by piercing your buboes and disinfecting them with alcohol, your skin would react by producing even more sebum and therefore, more pimples. For the same reason, go easy on scrubs and masks. A spot coming up? Immediately apply a cream or an anti-pimple stick (yes, it works as an extra treatment and especially our little favourite:the Multi-solutions Ibuki gel from Shiseido). And remember to do a deep skin cleansing at the dermatologist:the results are often spectacular.
