Working with your laptop on your lap, on a stool at the kitchen table… it is not really good for your back that working from home if your home workplace is not completely in order ergonomically. Yet those back complaints can be caused by a lot of different things.

According to the British Chiropractic Association (BCA), skinny jeans can be the main cause of back pain! According to BCA chiropractor Tim Hutchful, the tight fit of skinny jeans restricts the movement of the hips and knees. According to him, this influences the way we keep our bodies.
Other items of clothing and accessories from your wardrobe can also be bad for your posture. Think of large and heavy bags that you wear on one side of your body, but also jackets with large hoods and high heels do your body more harm than good.
Hutchful's advice:also give your body a break by not using them for a day (or two or more).
