Lobes
Do you have lobes near your armpits or do your breasts protrude above the cups? Then the bra you are wearing is not the right bra for you.
The straps

The braces The underwires of the cups should fit neatly around your breasts. Try pressing the end of the underwire to make sure it doesn't end on your chest. In the middle, the stirrups should sit well against your body. Even when you raise your arms, the stirrup should not deviate from your body.
The bra band
Your bra should be as high at the back as it is at the front. The back should not creep up. Wear your bra on the widest hook. Can you pull the tire back more than two centimeters? Then the size is too wide.
The size and cups
Many women wear bras that are too large and with a cup that is too small. Do you wear 80B? It could well be that 75C is better. Try on a number of bras in different sizes. The model of the bra can also make a big difference, not all models fit everyone equally well.
